New Vision & Mission | Board Directors Update 13/07/2023

The Fragrance Foundation UK strengthens its Board to drive growth to expand the love of fragrance.

Emboldened by an updated vision to harness the transformational power of
fragrance, The Fragrance Foundation UK has brought together a new Board
of Directors.

CEO, Linda Key Jackson, will continue her leadership of the Foundation with
Chairman Roja Dove, Roja Parfums Founder and two new Vice Chairs
Catherine Mitchell (Business Development Expert) and Peter Cross (Speaker
and Consumer Expert).

The new board is made up of experts in communication, marketing, brand,
governance, digital, ambition, and retail, and the representatives of each
respectively are: Jane Boardman (M&C Saatchi Talk), Emmauelle Noyer
(Estee Lauder Companies), Amaury De Vallois (COTY UK), Brian Stanton
(KGA), Christopher Yu (United Perfumes), Mirelle Dagger (BDB Pitmans),
Kate Hardcastle MBE (Broadcaster & Business Advisor), Annalise Fard
(Harrods), and Gill Smith (The Perfume Shop).

All the Board directors have pledged to support the Foundation to deliver on
its new vision and help drive growth in the industry and expand the love of
fragrance, through three strategic pillars – Education, Inspiration, and
Celebration.
