THE WHAT? LUUM Precision has announced the launch of its first commercial pilot with Ulta Beauty. The technology helps create personalized lash extensions via a combination of AI and robotics and is said to have invented an entirely new beauty category: beauty experience automation.

THE DETAILS The technology will make its debut at Ulta’s South San Jose store in the Bay Area and full-set appointments will take less than 75 minutes. The company anticipates reducing this timeframe to just 33 minutes in the near-term.
