LVMH appoints yet another L’Oreal veteran to key leadership role

THE WHAT? LVMH has announced that Megan Grant will take on the role of President and CEO, Americas for its Louis Vuitton brand. Grant joins the luxury conglomerate from L’Oreal USA where she headed up the Luxe division.

THE DETAILS According to a report published by WWD, she will report to David Ponzo, Executive Vice President of Commercial Activities and be responsible for leading and developing the teams to drive performance, further elevate client experiences and grow brand desirability in the Americas.”

THE WHY? A memo seen by WWD reveals, “Throughout her 22-year tenure with L’Oreal, [Grant] held numerous leadership roles in marketing and retail across a multitude of brands within the organisation, showcasing her exceptional skills in marketing, retail, customer acquisition, digital strategy and consumer products.”
