Beauty International snaps up Henkel’s Diadermine

THE WHAT? Henkel has sold its Diadermine skin care brand to Beauty International, according to a report published by Fashion Network. The sale is valued at €16.32 million, the publication reports, quoting documents filed in France.

THE DETAILS Under the terms of the deal, Henkel will continue to manage the brand’s business operations for a transitional period and has entered into a distribution agreement with Labori International.

THE WHY? The sale is said to part and parcel of Henkel’s recent reorganization and portfolio rationalization.
