Products due to launch at Packaging Innovations revealed

Organisers of UK trade show Packaging Innovations have announced details of new products to be launched at next month’s event.

The two-day show, which takes place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham on 25 and 26 February, will showcase the latest trends and innovations in packaging materials, designs and concepts. A total of 350 exhibitors are due to attend the trade show, which launched in 2006.

Companies launching new products include:

Future Pak

Future Pak, will launch its ‘Hot Fill Pet’ for Thermoforming, which enables material to be filled with liquid or solids of up to 95˚C. The product can be used for jams, candles, soaps and medical purposes.

Seufert Transparente

Seufert Transparente will reveal its new PET promotional packaging with light effects for the drinks market. The product combines packaging made of a coloured, transparent PET film together with an LED module. When the packaging is picked up, approximately 80 light-points light up in a pre-set sequence of red, white and yellow.

Dieter Bakic 

Dieter Bakic will showcase the The Laurie bottle, with its Unity cap design, as well as Mimosa, a make-up compact where the base and the lid are divided by a wavy curve that interweaves both parts.

Measom Freer

Measom Freer will launch its Swithland bottle range of distinctive plastic bottles, which are conical and cylindrical in shape and come in a range of materials, sizes and colours.

Promens

Promens will launch its Prestige Wooden Caps, which aim to enhance brand identity and positioning in the luxury beauty sector.
