Procter & Gamble to vacate Toronto office

THE WHAT? Procter & Gamble is moving out of its Toronto offices. The LEED platinum-certified building, which is named for the US FMCG manufacturer, will be available to rent from February, 2025.

THE DETAILS According to a report published by React News, the Gillette owner is downsizing, but its new address was not disclosed. CBRE is marketing the space to be vacated, but pricing is not currently available.

THE WHY? React News reveals that Procter & Gamble declined to comment on its move but presumably it has a surplus of office space since pandemic-related shift to remote working.
