THE DETAILS Malina Ngai has been with CK Hutchison and AS Watson for 24 years, progressing through various roles that encompassed corporate communications, international buying, and more, culminating in her leadership in digital transformation and the O+O business model. Her career demonstrates strong adaptability and strategic agility, which Dominic Lai cited as key reasons she is prepared to lead the organization.

THE WHY?  In her new role as Group CEO, Malina Ngai will define the company’s vision and lead strategic initiatives to prioritize customer needs and continue AS Watson’s global growth.
