Australian distributor Frostbland acquires skincare brand Alya Skin

THE WHAT? Australian distributor Frostbland has acquired skincare brand Alya Skin.

THE DETAILS Alya Skin has amassed popularity via Instagram, and reported  $40,000,000 in revenue, with 3000 stockists worldwide. 

Frostbland was appointed as the exclusive distributor of the brand in 2018, which is said to have ‘catapulted’ the company in Australia. 

Frostbland is said to have looked to acquire the business following the news that Founders Manny Barbas and James Hacham were looking to leave the company. 

THE WHY? Barbas said, “We have thoroughly enjoyed working with the management team at Frostbland; not only are they experts in the field but they are also great people with great values and immediately were aligned with our vision, both of which are very important to us..

“We’re excited to see where they are going to take the brand and look forward to seeing further growth of Alya Skin for many years to come.”
