THE WHAT?  The Modern Age, a longevity clinic based in New York and founded in 2022, is closing down. Founder and CEO Melissa Eamer announced the closure through an email to patients, citing challenging business conditions as the reason behind the decision.

THE DETAILS  Eamer’s email expressed gratitude to patients for their trust and highlighted the clinic’s mission to invest in future health, despite the difficult decision to shut down. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Anant Vinjamoori also shared his pride in contributing to a healthcare experience focused on hope and personalized care.

THE WHY?  Despite plans to launch its own supplement packs announced in January, the clinic could not overcome the challenging business climate, leading to its closure. Modern Age has simplified its website to announce the shutdown and is directing patients to other care providers, with a provision for accessing medical records until March 31.
