THE DETAILS According to a report published by BNN Breaking, the South American cosmetics brand’s conversational AI tool has recorded more than 2 million sessions in the past year and has a 75 percent containment rate.
It is now rolling out an AI Innovations Lab Platform designed to enhance R&D, optimize expenses and improve efficiency.
THE WHY? With such a high number of queries resolved autonomously, Belcorp is making significant time and cost savings and hopes to replicate these efficiencies across operations, streamlining product development, lab productivity and facilitating ordering and inventory management for consultants.
