THE WHAT?   Orlando Capital has entered the bidding process for The Body Shop, which was put up for sale by its parent company Natura &Co in September due to financial challenges.

THE DETAILS  Natura & Co acquired The Body Shop from L’Oréal in 2017. Other potential buyers include Aurelius Group, Alteri Investors, and Elliott Advisors.

THE WHY?  The final deadline for bids is October 23 after no formal offers were made during the initial round of non-binding bids, which closed on September 11.
