THE WHAT? Natura &Co has announced an extension of the early tender date / consent deadline of its previously announced independent offers to purchase for cash up to US$550,000,000 of its outstanding sustainability-linked notes, due 2028 and up to US$330,000,000 of its remaining 6 percent senior notes, due 2029.

THE DETAILS Holders of notes who have previously tendered notes or delivered consents in connection with any of the tender offers or solicitations do not need to retender notes or redeliver consents.

THE WHY? While no detail was offered on the reason behind the extension, presumably Natura &Co was holding out for a majority in order to give effect to the proposed amendments previously announced.
