THE WHAT? Dermalogica has named Cirsten Hannken as General Manager for the UK and Ireland. She succeeds Mark Hermann who has stood at the helm for the past five years and will leave the company this month.
THE DETAILS Hannken has been the GM of Dermalogica Germany for the past seven years, and brings a deep knowledge of the brand to her new role.
THE WHY? Hermann is stepping down in order to ‘travel with his family and embrace fresh challenges’, the Unilever-owned brand said in a press release. Hannken reveals, “I’m delighted to be continuing my Dermalogica journey in the UK market and joining such a strong team. I’m particularly excited to embrace the UK’s professional industry after successfully leading the first market globally to launch Dermalogica’s Pro Pen and expansion into advanced services, with more innovation and technology on the horizon, the best is yet to come.”
