THE WHAT?  Empire State Realty Trust, has signed an 11-year lease with Sol de Janeiro USA, a luxury skincare brand and subsidiary of L’Occitane, for 57,203 square feet at One Grand Central Place in New York City.

THE DETAILS This deal follows L’Occitane’s recent expansion at another ESRT property, highlighting the growing relationship between the real estate trust and the beauty brand.

THE WHY?  One Grand Central Place, known for its modern amenities and strategic location near major dining, lodging, entertainment, and transportation hubs, including direct access to Grand Central Terminal, will provide Sol de Janeiro with a prominent office space in a key NYC location.
