THE WHAT? Debut and L’Oreal have signed an agreement to develop more than a dozen bio-identical ingredients to replace conventionally sourced ingredients used in the French beauty giant’s global beauty and personal care brands across skin, hair, color cosmetics and fragrances.

THE DETAILS Under the terms of the deal, Debut will create new bio-based ingredients using green sciences that marry the best of nature with supply chain transparency, safety and consistency.

THE WHY?
