THE WHAT? Croda has announced the appointment of Stephen Oxley as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, effective April 1, 2025 at the latest. Oxley joins from Johnson Matthey where he holds the role of CFO.

THE DETAILS Anthony Fitzpatrick, President Strategy, Corporate Development & Industrial Specialties has been named Interim CFO.

THE WHY? Danuta Gray, Croda Chair, comments, “I am delighted that Stephen Oxley is joining as CFO. Alongside his strong track record as a PLC Chief Financial Officer incorporating strategic thinking and operational delivery, he brings valuable experience of audit and advisory roles for large, complex international companies across a number of relevant sectors during his time as a Partner at KPMG.
