THE WHAT? Manzanita Capital has named Laurence Semichon as CEO of Diptyque. Semichon succeeds Fabienne Mauny, who has been appointed Operating Partner and Brand President at Manzanita.

THE DETAILS According to a report published by The Industry Beauty, Semichon joined the luxury home fragrance brand as Senior Vice President, Parfum & Beauty in 2019 before being promoted to Senior Vice President, Brand in 2022. In her new role, she is charged with leading the brand’s next phase of growth. She will be supported by Nicolas Floquet, former COO, who has been announced to the newly created role of Deputy CEO. Mauny replaces Chris Garek who is set to retire.
