THG signs over luxury goods websites to Frasers in partnership deal

THE WHAT? THG Ingenuity and Frasers Group have agreed a partnership across several areas. Under the terms of the deal, THG will sell its portfolio of luxury goods website to the Sport Direct owner, including coggles.com.

THE DETAILS The pair have entered into a multi-year Ingenuity agreement too including courier management services and re-platforming the Frasers Group’s Australian fulfilment and logistics operations; while Frasers Group’s credit and loyalty platform, Frasers Plus will soon be available to THG’s Beauty and Nutrition customers as well as to Ingenuity clients.

In addition, a curated range of Myprotein products will go on sale at Sports Direct and a range of collaborative products is on the cards.  

THE WHY? The deal chimes with Frasers’ wider strategy to shift focus towards more premium brands, while THG gains a new customer for its Ingenuity division as well as a new audience and product range for the Myprotein brand.
