THE DETAILS  Co-founded by former BTG Pactual banker Charles Rosier and Professor Augustinus Bader, the brand is renowned for its luxurious product, The Rich Cream, which retails for about US$300 for a 1.7-ounce bottle at Sephora. The US market is pivotal for the brand, accounting for 60% of its sales.


THE WHY? Augustinus Bader’s impressive growth is attributed to its strong brand image and the efficacy of its products, which have garnered a devoted following among consumers.
